Michael Beschloss is the author of eight books on American presidents, including the New York Times best-sellers “Presidential Courage” (2007) and “The Conquerors” (2002).
Newsweek has called him “the nation’s leading Presidential historian.” He serves as NBC News Presidential Historian, appearing regularly on all NBC News programs, and is a regular commentator on the PBS NewsHour. Beschloss created and hosted The Discovery Channel’s Emmy award-winning “Decisions That Shook the World.” He is also a trustee of the White House Historical Association and the National Archives Foundation.
